Head chef Markus Schenk is the mastermind of 1908. Starting his career in the Relais de la Poste in France, he continued his extensive training in renowned restaurants like the Le Perolles in Switzerland, the La Joya in Portugal and the two-star-restaurant T’Zilte in Belgium, before joining the Holzner team in 2012.
