Wanderlust’s Travel Green List™ 2026

British travel magazine Wanderlust has included Parkhotel Holzner in its Travel Green List™ 2026. We are delighted to share the news.
For its annual list, Wanderlust looks at destinations, initiatives and places to stay that consider the effects of travel. Holzner appears in the “Green Stays” category.

In its article, Wanderlust points to several measures at our hotel: our use of rainwater, electricity from renewable sources, electric vehicle charging stations and menus shaped by seasonal produce. It also highlights the RittenCard, which lets our guests use local public transport at no additional cost.

Being included is a welcome recognition of our team’s work. We continue to measure our energy and water use and our emissions, and use those findings to guide decisions about how we run the hotel. You can read about our approach and see our latest figures on the sustainability page of our website.

Our thanks go to everyone on the team and to our partners for their part in this work.
