Falstaff 2020: Award for the ambience of the year

In the international restaurant guide Falstaff 2020, our evening restaurant 1908 is not only awarded with 93 points and three forks, but also for the ambience of the year.
Our evening restaurant 1908 has already received some very special awards. Thanks to chef Stephan Zippl's innovative cuisine using the best regional products, the culinary delights at 1908 have won several awards. In the falstaff restaurant guide 2020, the cuisine at 1908 was also awarded an excellent 3 three forks and 93 points. In this edition of the renowned guide, we are also delighted to receive the award for the ambience of the year!

Falstaff explains the award as follows: "During its 100-year history, the house has been repeatedly adapted to current requirements and expectations, but the special flair of the turn-of-the-century building has been cleverly retained. Opened a few years ago, the "1908" radiates cosiness and unpretentious lightness - just like Stephan Zippl's cuisine."
