For a coffee in the morning, a glass of South Tyrolean sparkling wine in the evening and everything in between: With its charming wood paneling, majestic Art Nouveau lights and deep, comfortable armchairs,the Holzner Bar is the heart of our hotel. Enjoy the cozy atmosphere with a glass of wine, an aperitif or an extravagant cocktail. On hot summer evenings, a beer from our favorite brewery, Batzenbräu in Bolzano, or a refreshing gourmet apple juice from Apfelhof Kohl in nearby Unterinn, are also not to be scoffed at. Every Friday one of our house pianists plays in the unique ambience of the bar.
