GSTC certified!
We have been awarded the world's highest certification for sustainability in tourism (GSTC).
After many years of working towards future-oriented action and implementing numerous measures in this regard every year, we are now delighted to have received the highest international certification in tourism: we fulfil the criteria of the GSTC (Global Sustainable Tourism Council) and have been awarded the GSTC seal.
In December 2023, we underwent a two-day company audit, during which all GSTC criteria were thoroughly checked. The sustainability criteria to be met cover all areas of the hotel: sustainability management, communication, environmental sustainability, resource conservation, social sustainability, construction, mobility and culture.
Receiving the certification is both a confirmation and an incentive for us that we are on the right track! We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to our employees and all our guests who support our sustainability efforts! Our path continues to move forwards: we want to implement further measures step by step and thus take responsibility for our environment and future generations.
