18.05.2013 “At the Holzner” pays homage to a unique hotel and the people who made it successful. This image book consists of the memories of long-standing employees and the Holzner family members themselves, cooking recipes from incredible head chef Bernhard Kostner and the beautiful photographs from Frieder Blickle. It shows a new side of the historical Liberty Style house, which opened in 1908.
We want to thank the people, who made this book happen.
