From the north or the south on the
A22 Highway
“Brenner” (Trient,
Verona
)
Exit the highway at Bozen north, than turn to the right in direction City Centre and Ritten, after about 1 km you will arrive at a cross, follow the Ritten Road Signs, until you are on the Rittner Road that takes you up the mountain. Keep on the road until the Road Sign “Oberbozen” to the left.
The Rittner cable car is being modernised! A completely new cable car with three cables and 8 cars is currently under construction. It will take up to 35 passengers (24 seated) up and down from the Ritten every 4 minutes! For our guests this means more security and less waiting time, greater capacity and longer running times throughout the day. Make the most of the new cable car in autumn 2008!
