  • Or the Late Risers Breakfast (10:30 am – 11:30 am) with menu selection
  • 4- or 5- course gourmet dinner from our excellent kitchen
  • Cocktail hour followed by a gourmet gala dinner every Sunday
  • Warm and cold gourmet buffets

A coffee in the morning, a small snack at lunch time, a tea in the afternoon or an aperitif and a glass of champagne in the evening: The charming wood paneling, the majestic Art-Nouveau luminaires and the comfortable armchairs create the enchanting atmosphere that makes our bar the heart of the Holzner.



Fresh salads from the buffet, fresh fruit and fresh fruit salad, from 12 until 2 pm. You can comfortably order your lunch at your table; several dishes are available.

Holiday Lunch surcharges:
- Per person 14 years and over € 15,00
- Per child up to 14 years € 10,00
- For young children, we have a small menu with children‘s dishes

The lunch offer supplement is all-inclusive and not dependent on the quantity eaten.

Head waiter

Omar Azim

As a true South Tyrolean with Maldivian roots, Omar knows how to appreciate the beautiful aspects of life and has an eye for the details of culinary pleasure. After graduating at the Savoy professional school in Merano, he served his apprenticeship at the Golf & Spa Resort Andreus in St. Leonhard in Passeier, Hotel Castel in Dorf Tirol and Parkhotel Holzner. At the Restaurant Zum Löwen in Tisens, he completed his apprenticeship and returned to The Holzner. Due to his pleasant attitude, diligence and competence, he was promoted and became second head waiter at the young age of 19 years. In 2014 and 2016, he demonstrated his skills at the WorldSkills Italy and finished 2nd and 3rd respectively. Since 2017, Omar is first head waiter at The Holzner and 1908, being responsible for service and wine, which is why he is currently completing his training as a sommelier and a beer sommelier.
