Phrases such as 'human resources' have become increasingly popular recently. Human resources. To be quite honest, at the Holzner, we really do not like this phrase at all. We prefer to stick with the good, old-fashioned 'colleagues', the people we work with. Together. Shaping things together. Making decisions together. Celebrating together. A much better way of seeing things. At the Holzner, every staff member has a large amount of responsibility. This means that every staff member also plays a large part in Parkhotel Holzner’s success. We show consideration, respect and appreciation for one another.
