Many things have happened here since the Parkhotel was constructed in the year 1908. Many good things, and some things that were less than pleasant. To name just a few changes that the hotel has seen over the years: the hotel has been run by four generations of the proprietor family; it has changed name four times; it has been part of the Habsburg Empire and the Italian Republic and has been occupied.
