CANCELLATION TERMS:
Cancellation till 30 days before arrival is free. If Cancellation in the 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
SHORT TERM BOOKING:
For short term bookings (cancellations terms as above), we request your credit card number (Visa, Euro and Mastercard) and its expiry date.
SHUTTLE SERVICE
-the hotel offers a shuttle service from and to the main station of Bozen, at prearanged times - (See "Arrival")
-There are also shuttle offers as part of an all-inclusive offer, 100% cost-free.
-Any other shuttle service outwith these times will be charged according to the taxi driver`s fares.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
On the day of arrival the rooms are ready at 2 pm. It is not possible to book a specific room number or floor. On the departure day, rooms must be vacated by 11 am.
CANCELATION SAFEGUARD SERVICE
For € 5,- per person per day, we can offer you a safeguard service that guarantees the entire refund of your deposit in case of illness, accident or damage to property, even if only one of your party is affected. This service is also valid for late arrivals or early departures with a medical certificate or police confirmation (pregnancy problems and professional reasons are not included in this service). By paying the deposit and the safeguard service charge, the service is automatically applied on receipt of the booking confirmation. |
