RESERVATION AND ADVANCE PAYMENT:
After confirmation has been sent by our Hotel, we request that you pay a deposit by cheque (for clearing purposes) or bank transfer (no costs to the beneficiary) to the bank

IBAN: IT 40G0818758740000002024080) or on our web site of € 40,00 per adult and per staying day at the Parkhotel Holzner. The reservation is only effectice from this point.
CANCELLATION TERMS:
Cancellation till 30 days before arrival is free. If Cancellation in the 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
SHORT TERM BOOKING:
For short term bookings (cancellations terms as above), we request your credit card number (Visa, Euro and Mastercard) and its expiry date.
SHUTTLE SERVICE:
We off er a Shuttle Service against a charge
(based on the current taxi fees)
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES:
On the day of arrival the rooms are ready at
2 pm. Please let us know if you will be arriving
after 7 pm. It is not possible to book a specifi c
room number or fl oor. On the departure day,
rooms must be vacated by 11 am.
HINTS FOR PACKING ONE´S SUITCASE:
- Swimm suits for our swimming area
(bathrobe, bathing slippers and hair-drier
are in every room)
- Clothes for hiking, solid shoes, sun and rain
protection
- Foto- and video equipment
- we appreciate elegant dress for the evening
CANCELATION SAFEGUARD SERVICE:
For € 5, - per person per day, we can off er you
a safeguard service that guarantees the entire
refund of your deposit in case of illness,
accident or damage to property, even if only
one of your party is aff ected. Th is service is
also valid for late arrivals or early departures
with a medical certifi cate or police confi rmation
(pregnancy problems and professional
reasons are not included in this service). By
paying the deposit and the safeguard service
charge, the service is automatically applied on
receipt of the booking confi rmation. |
