À la carte restaurant
One of our establishment's particularly precious highlights is our art nouveau à la carte restaurant. Our guests appreciate the light dishes, created from the combination of Mediterranean and traditional South Tyrol cuisine with as many local organic ingredients as possible, and served just as they are. Not to forget the outstanding service provided by our head waiter, Nicola Spimpolo: the Holzner restaurant leaves nothing to be desired.
We ask you to reserve in advance ~ When hotel guests want to dine à la carte in the evening, we take €18 from their overall charge and reserve them a table.
Midday: 12-2 p.m.
Evenings: 8-9 p.m.
